Idea of the Conference
We can read and write to each other, enjoy support from like minded folks, and scribble off a letter to a newspaper or a magazine and do some good. But to really make a splash and change religious minds and influence on young parents we need to organize into a strategy. Thus the conference.
My intention is to gather committed people to do some preconference work and then spend a couple of days together brain storming with the help of a few experienced people who have confronted Churches and a few who know PR. If this idea is one you resonate with, please email me directly.
Most of the pre-conference work is dealing with churches to find out their position on corporal punishment.
