hello,

my 13 year old son was cornered and terrised and bullied and thrown up against a wall and held by a pricipleand vise principle last wednesday march ,24th,2004 and now they are trying to say my son is vilent because he pushed the priciple away from him to protect him self .

i went to the sherriffs office the next day to make a formal complaint and was told by an officer i could not . my son was angry and scared and he has add .. we need help and fast as they are having a zero-tolernt meeting on the 7th of april. my son has never been vilent to any one nor has he touched any one out of anger. he was scared of what these men was gonna do to him. so he reacted.

we have had a manafest meeting with the special ed people and i told them that mr.villafor nor mr.walker could not be there. well it took them about 30 minutes to get me to come in to the room for the meeting and they fixed it where he could be there too and i dont trust any of them now for sure.

i have told them my son will not be in that school again . i am aload to take him back and forth for the next week for t-caps [ 8 to 10.30 each day and i will be home from 11.30 till 4 each day trying to find help.] and then they gonna have him on home bound . but i believe they just said that and besides i dont want any of those people in my home any way . they treat children really bad here in this county. and so far no parent will speak up and the cops wont do any thing to help either. any info would be very helpfull . thank you robin currin
