Another Spanking Gone Wrong; Attorney General is looking into new charges after Somersworth infant's death
By Associated Press, Foster's Online, March 8, 2007

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- The attorney general's office is looking at whether more charges will follow now that a baby has died seven months after being injured. Christopher Rubisch, 24, was charged last year with shaking, spanking and bruising a Somersworth infant in August. The 14-month-old infant died Tuesday at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. The state's medical examiner conducted an autopsy Wednesday and says the child died from complications from blunt impact injuries. The death has been ruled a homicide.
