Please sign the petition launched by the Rainbird Foundation (www.rainbirdfoundation.org) urging The U.S. House of Representatives to support Carolyn McCarthy's H.R. 3027 Ending Corporal Punishment in Schools Act. It can close the legal loophole that allows battery of schoolchildren (A.K.A. "paddling") by teachers in 19 states.
