Benny Wasserman's letter to Wyoming Governor Geringer, March 16, 2002
Dear Governor Geringer,
Please veto the Senate File 74 which allows parents to bruise thier children with impunity. How is it possible that such a bill could make it to you in the first place? What is it that I don't understand about this potential legislation? This is definately the wrong direction when it comes to CHILDREN'S RIGHTS.
